I’m a petite woman and had such a hard time finding a heavy resistance band that actually works for me. This one is perfect! It gives me the challenge I was looking for without being impossible to use. The band feels really sturdy, doesn’t slip or roll up during workouts, and I can already feel it making a difference. Super happy with this purchase!

This is a good quality product and I would highly recommend it as a tool in the toolbox for distance runners.It's certainly beefier than my 50-60 lbs resistance bands, but I'm just not certain it's actually 150 lbs resistance. Either way, I don't have anything else of this caliber and it's been hitting the spot for now in terms of targeting hip and glute pain. I had a set of resistance bands with the strongest provided something like 60lbs of resistance. I am only 107lbs F but consistently train with resistance bands and weights. It has gotten to the point that the extra strong doesn't provide the workout i am looking for for lateral band walks. I am looking forward to adding this band to my workouts. I am not sure what folks are encountering when they say it doesn’t budge at all. i was able to make it stretch a bit just with my hands/arm strength and I am not a body builder by any means. I do not imagine this is actually a 150lb stress resistance but it is what I was looking for to continue advancing my workouts 👍.

If you want super resistance then this band is for you! Some reviews say it doesnt even move, it does you just need to have enough leg muscles for it. I use a band for 2 exercises after all my hip thrusts, squats, etc. I was only was able to do 2 sets for each exercise and then my legs were sore.

It is extremely strong, so it doesn't stretch at all. I am returning this item.

I love this band. I have been using it for several months now, and it is amazing. It's made out of cloth, so it's very durable. I have had no issues with it rolling up or pinching my skin or anything like that. It is comfortable while wearing both shorts and leggings. It really engages the glutes with little effort. I use it to warm up by wearing it just above the knees and doing shuffles, then I wear it anytime I'm doing squats, deadlifts, glute bridges, etc. I am so grateful to have it throughout the shelter in place because I've been able to continue my glute progress from home while I don't have access to heavy weights. Definitely would buy again!

This product has been great so far. I’ve used it about 4x now and it is definitely very strong and durable. If you’re looking for a maximum strength resistance workout for your glutes and hams, this can provide that. It’s not “stretchy” in the sense that it’s loose but it will stretch enough to where you feel like you’re getting the full workout. My only complaint is that the little “untold performance” logo stitched onto the band completely ripped off the very first time I used the band. It hasn’t affected the band at all, I just ended up cutting off the tiny last bits of threads myself rather than have that logo hanging there annoyingly while working out. Might as well not stitch a logo on there if it’s just going to come off, in my opinion.Update: I got a hold of the manufacturer about the logo coming off and they responded immediately with great customer service! They said that there was a defect batch with the stitching (I just happened to get one of those) which makes sense.
