I firstly saw this product on TV on one of those diet programmes and I thought I would give it a go. I am not hugely overweight, but since injuring my back, I put on 2 stones as I was less mobile. I just wanted to lose the 2 stones. So far I have been using this for 2 weeks and I have lost 6llbs. However, I am also now more active as back is recovering in addition to using these shots. They taste fine and I do honestly think it curbs my hunger. I have snacked less and I have increased the amount of veg i eat. This is not a miracle diet method, but it can help if you are sensible. Unfortunately diets are not easy and there is no quick cure to losing weight, however, I have found these have helped....so far. I am 41 and six foot one lady, I started this at 14.5 and hoping to get bk down to 12.5. I would recommend this as it is working for me ...horses for courses as they say.

I bought this product to try and help me with my snacking habit , I was very skeptical but thought I would give it a go. This claims to reduce your hunger and yes it does , I also feel more energetic after taking it. But the best thing for me was , it reduced bloating, having a mummy tummy is no fun but having a mummy tummy and being bloated well , I am sure mums know how it is! In a week a lost 4lb yes I was eating healthy and my cravings were not as bad so I can say that for me it worked! I have also ordered my second box but I am not being as strict and having it when I want it , along side my healthy diet and some exercise!

unfortunate , that this item didnt work for me. but it may be that i do 7 days a week on a farm and even though i am not big. i just wanted abit of a difference in the tummy area . it may be my age 43 or work i do .i didnt find it filled me up for my frame 6ft slim, i eat very strict no bad crabs bread pasta rice potatoes. crisp etc. and i eat stemed fresh veg every day. i dont drink coffee or fizz drink or alcohol...so i thought this would work for some one like myself.i found that i was craving more than usual and i put on 6ilbs. which ive lost since i stopped it. i think i stick to raspberry ketone.but dont let this put you off....

Didn’t seem to suppress my appetite as much as was led to believe. Although I did notice a slightly less bloated tummy. Wouldn’t rush to buy again unless on offer.

I bought these and after looking at the ingredients on the packet realised I couldn’t take them. So just a warning if you are on certain prescription medication some of the ingredients are very dangerous. I took the energise sachet and yes it tastes great but I felt very thirsty after and just not right in myself., because of this I decided to look into it and was shocked. Not bad ingredients but mixed with certain prescription drugs could be lethal and needs to come with this information.

I don’t usually post a review unless it’s bad but this is needed! I’m not really sure what I was expecting but I’m on day 6 of 7 and weighed today having lost 9.2lbs in this time! I’ve followed a low/zero carb diet and my appetite has reduced dramatically during this time. My energy levels are MEGA and I’m just shocked at the product - so so pleased! Maybe it’s all the mind, maybe it’s a lot of water weight lost but hey, I’m not arguing with 9lbs! Feeling ace and will continue to use. Prob worth noting I’m an average size 12 but suffer with bloating and this has been a life saver! Of course it’s all tied into eating a low carb diet too but the two together have been amazing.

I had high hopes for these shots, & thought I would try as was on offer for £14.99. I wish I hadn’t bothered but you live and learn. I was quite happy even if these gave me the placebo effect that I was full. And you know what I FELT like they did, but the scales showed no difference. It’s safe to say I won’t be buying them again. The flavours ok. Easy to dissolve but no didn’t work for me. I even kept a food diary etc and like I say, I lost nothing. So I took it seriously and I am disappointed.

The most effective way to loose weight for me is by intermitant fasting.. Every day I fast for 16 hours with an 8 hour eating window. Boom bod really helps stick to the fasting periods. I have one boom bod for break fast and one for lunch then have 2 main meals between 2pm and 10pm. I drop weight quick doing this. Boombod isn't some magic drink that will shed pounds, but it helps to fill u up instead of eating/snacking. If you are going to buy it have a plan of how you're going to use it for effective results. I lost 3kg in a week. One negative is it tastes awful I have to admit that but only tried black current.
