Love it works perfectly
Got this for my daughter as a gift and she absolutely loves it! I feel it is a good quality product it works very well just be sure when you heat the bean bag thing that you do it in 30 second increments and take it out and move the beads around for even heating it will keep it from getting too hot in one place and burning the bag. The overall product is fantastic and absolutely adorable and very soft.

Cute and functional
I bought this little warmer for my granddaughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. The best thing about it is that it’s something that’s longer so that she can wrap it around her leg or around her belly for cramps or even around her neck. It’s super soft super cute And the colors are just perfect. Its a great little gift.

Very cute soft . Good size as description. Only issue is the smell is fake ,not bad just would rather have calmer smell.

Love it!
Love this heating pad! It provides relief during that time of the month and brings me comfort. It stays heated for at least 1 full hour. You just microwave it for 1 minute and you're ready to go!

Caught fire
If I could give a zero, I would. My daughter has arthritis and issues these at school. She’s had many different brands. This was the first order for this brand. She got it at Christmas and I just got a call from the school. It was warmed up in the nurses office according to directions. By the time ma daughter got to her class she told the teacher it was hotter than normal and smelled weird. The teacher then saw it was smoldering and tossed it under running water. It actually caught fire.

Popped seam on day 1
Super cute axolotl but my son opened it this morning (9 am) and it has already popped a seam (7pm) :( It's on one of the axolotl gills, so no pressure has been on that seam.
