Do you have rack mount brackets for direct mounting to standard networking racks (not on a shelf)?

Can my existing rln8-410 be plugged into this box and act as one of the four poe switches?

Hello. It is regret to tell you that RLN8-410 NVR can't connect to this security recorder RLN36 directly. You can only connect the POE Switches (by seperate power) to the LAN ports of the RLN36.

Can you use Reolink cameras that are already connected to an existing network?

Hello. Yes, Reolink cameras except battery-powered cameras can be added to this 36 Channel Network Video Recorder. Please make sure that this NVR and the camera are under the same network. Feel free to contact us via Amazon Message if you need further assistance.

Can this be set to only record motion or does it only record continuously ?
