I did not expect to love this as much as I do. I have a manual squeeze trigger one that is great for pumping quick blasts to irrigate ears but THIS is the one that does it all. First of all, it’s rechargeable. I can’t stand using batteries anymore. That alone makes this a keeper. Second, it is so easy to fill and start use and the camera quality is excellent. I will say, it is easier to use on someone else than yourself for clear visuals but I need to keep trying different angles. For its main purpose of cleaning ears, if you are someone that gets that “itch” between your jaw and ear, THIS will scratch it. It actually felt fantastic with warm water and left my ears so clean that all I needed to do was turn my head a bit to drain and wipe dry. I have a daughter that gets swimmer’s ear easily and the tank on this could be loaded with whatever you prefer to irrigate ears with. I know people use various ratios of hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, rubbing alcohol, based on where they are swimming. You might ask your doctor for specifics. Weird alternative purpose: I was finishing a cold and I used the camera to peek in my nose and saw my sinuses were fine on one side but SUPER swollen on another side so now I just need a Neti pot that irrigates as well as this ear cleaner does! Love the different settings, easy to push stop/start without looking and the buttons are pretty intuitive and the light is bright enough. I think the manual could use a picture of a person using it because the angles are a little awkward at first. But when the warm water hits, you won’t care anymore! Can’t wait to clean all my kids’ ears with it. Comes with extra tips, easy to clean and will work for everyone. The app took seconds to load and takes very little memory to run.

I'm so glad I bought this model. Out of the box, it just felt right, compact and good quality build. Everything that you need is included in the box, including charging cable, water tanks, and earpieces. I put it to charge while I read the easy to follow instructions. The app was easy to find and download and the wifi camera worked like a charm. Clear image. I tested the different water streams before using on my ear and they were all as advertised (4 pressure settings). It is worth mentioning that using the wifi camera/app is optional; I used the camera via the app when I had a bit of time to inspect my ear and see the results but was able to use it without connecting it to the app as well (when there is no need to look inside your ear) The results were great, it loosened and flushed out a lot more wax than I thought it would. It felt good in the ear and was not messy to use at all. It's hygienic to use with multiple people since it has different replacement tips. I will definitely stop using Qtips as this is a safer option.

Great quality and easy to use

This worked really well. It was simple enough to get set up and use. It also did come charged enough to at least use once. I was a bit nervous about the water going into the ear but after getting used to its not bad. Felt nice and clean after. The different pressure settings are nice but I don't see myself using it on any of the higher settings. It did hold enough water to run for a decent amount of time.

I recently purchased this ear wax removal tool with a camera, and I must say, it has been quite an experience. The product arrived in a nice box, which I now use for storing the tool between uses. The instructions were easy to understand and follow, although there were some weird wordings in English, but it was still understandable. We first tested it on our son, who has small ear openings and often struggles with wax buildup. Unfortunately, we weren't as successful with his removal as I would have liked. However, when I used it on my wife, we had perfect success. I believe that with consistent use on our son's ears, we would achieve better results, but his ears were very clogged and needed some extra help. The water flowed well, and the water catcher was pretty well designed. I would have liked to see one side, the off-the-ear side, more flat so you could rotate the tool a little better, but it wasn't too bad. Cleanup was simple and quick, and I appreciate that you can use the original packaging to store it after use. Overall, this ear wax removal tool with a camera is effective and easy to use. With a few minor improvements, it could be even better. I would recommend it to others looking for a reliable ear cleaning solution.

I kind of wish I hadn’t seen in my ears, but this is a good product for it! App was really easy to set up on my phone, the silicon replacement tips were soft goin in my ear, and the light worked well for the camera. I haven’t irrigated with it, but you can fill it with warm (not hot) water. I would recommend for anyone needing to see inside their ears! Note that I am a professional reviewer.

Does a great job clearing the wax, however the camera is hard to get angled well to see. 5 months later it no longer charges or turns on.
