Medical Alert ID Tag for Watch Band Engraved QR Code Watch Safety Plate

I highly recommend this item great value for your money able to list all your meds , doctors information emergency contacts name and numbers . Very easy to use and install just have the Doctor scan the Id tag with their phone and all the information pops up on there phone. I was in a emergency situation where I could not talk breathing was hard but I was able to show my Medical Alert Id and the paramedics were able to get all the information they needed including the hospital I wanted to go to everyone of my family members have one I’ve also gave my Doctors all the information so they can pass this information along to their patients. Believe me when I say it’s a life saver.

This is a nice to have and a need to have gives first responders the info they may need in medical response pretty easy for use and attachment to your watch. A must when it counts on safety and your health.

This tag is amazing. It has so much info you can add and it asks for more then I ever thought of. But most of all, it will be a life saver of mine some day. It allows for meds, allergies, emergency contacts, but it also allows for documents for wills, donors and dnr paperwork, implants and what your wishes are for assistance you prefer, vs what you denie to have done for life saving measures. I appreciate this and so will my family for any and all times it will be used. It is your for life with one payment for the tags. And the information is changeable with password protection when needed to update. Whoever thought of this, has made a great product and has truly helped my family.

What a great idea. Unfortunately, the gold Medical ID is to reflective, therefore EXTREMELY hard to scan QR Code. It originally took over 10 tries to access the app to make an account and input medical information. Unfortunately I accidentally closed the app and now I am unable to access the app. It took me about two hours to accurately input my medical information. I am a Registered Nurse, and I brought this medical tag to work with me. Fourteen of My medical coworkers were unable to access the QR Code, rendering this item worthless (at least the gold colored one anyway). Now my personal medical information is floating around somewhere in cyberspace. I’m quite disappointed 🤨

I got this cause I work with Heavy industrial Hazardous materials Pros ____ I love the size I have it attached to my smartwatch Cons ____ Im going to have to give the Readability a 1.5 out of 5 cause once your done setting it up the website formatting isnt that good., the Value is not that great too , at 20 bucks, but we are talking about it can save your life , so it gets a pass 5 out of 5 Customizability is kind of lacking, for me at least, there's no notes section to add extra info for when EMTs or paramedics scan it also the nurses when/if ever admitted to a hospital 3.5/5

Worth the price Loading info was very easy you can put as much or as little as needed and up date whenever needed only draw back is the elastic bands are kinda big and fit my watch bands loose but still works

Fits my iwatch perfectly easy set up, great knowing that my health is easy to read and could save my life some day. Everyone needs this.

Love this product! Super easy to use! I got mine and set it up and honestly it was less than 2 weeks it was used! Being an Epilepsy patient it has key information on it that was needed by the EMS and when i can’t answer people they can scan this and get the info they need! It is durable and it fits perfectly on the watch band.

Dieses Produkt ist sehr zu empfehlen. Für Motorradfahrer kann das Ding im Falle eines Unfalls höchstwahrscheinlich lebensrettend sein. Man kann es am Kinnriemen befestigen und die Retter erfahren durch die gespeicherten Daten alle notwendigen Informationen, wenn sie auch richtig eingegeben wurden. Man kann seine wichtigsten Daten selbst erfassen (Blutgruppe, Allergien, Operationen, Medikamente, usw.) Also immer aktuell halten. Ich bin von dem Produkt überzeugt.
