I’ve tried quite a few things for back and neck discomfort, and I was pleasantly surprised by this massager. The kneading feels strong enough to actually make a difference, rather than just vibrating on the surface. I especially like the heat—it makes the whole experience much more relaxing. I also like that I can position it in different areas depending on where I’m sore, including my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It’s convenient to use while sitting on the couch, and I don’t have to ask someone else to massage the knots out of my back. For the price, I think it was a great purchase. If you carry a lot of tension in your neck, shoulders, or back and like a fairly deep massage, this is definitely worth trying.

Best thing I’ve ever bought!!! I always have really tight and knotted shoulders, and my neck gets tense from staring at screens all night for work, or looking down at my 3 year old all day lol. This thing’s motor doesn’t quit no matter how much pressure I put on the kneaders, so I can really dig in as much as I need to. I’m also shocked at how versatile it is. I can flip it around to get a specific spot if I need to. Also works well on legs! Any time my husband comes up behind me for a quick cute shoulder rub, I normally wince because even a bit of pressure normally hurts too much they’re so sore. Since I’ve been using this, he can squeeze away and it doesn’t hurt anymore!!! Crazy how tight my shoulders were before this. I use it every night. Once I was even getting one sided goosebumps on my left arm partially, I think from a compressed nerve. Happened for weeks. Has not happened ever since I used this for the first time. Long, but I love this thing!!!!!

I’ve been using this neck and back massager and overall I’m very happy with it. It really helps relieve back and neck discomfort, and I especially like the heat function. I’m 5’2”, and I feel like the massager might fit someone with a broader or larger back a little better. On me, the massage points don’t always line up exactly with the areas of my neck and back where I need them most. I also wish it had one more intensity level. Sometimes the massage feels a little too gentle for me, especially when I want a deeper massage. My other suggestion would be to make it longer so it covers more of the back. The heat feels very nice, but because of the size, it doesn’t reach as much of my back as I would like. Even with those small drawbacks, it is a very good massager and it has definitely helped me with back discomfort. I would recommend it, especially if you enjoy a gentler massage with heat.

This is exactly what I needed in my life. Spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on massages that were garbage. I wish I had this machine/contraption/massager years ago. The mechanisms itself is perfect. I can manipulate it as needed to fit whether I want it centered on my neck, trapezius muscles, or shoulders. The warmth it provides it provides is perfect; not too hot, not too cold. I plug it in and away we go- so easy to use. I’m not going to lie- I’ve probably used this for hours and hours and I’ve only had it two days. I can use it laying down or sitting upright in my work chair. It has provided immense relief of tight muscles. I hope this works for a long time. Will update after using for a longer period of time. So far - very good!!

This massager is nice quality and works very well. Love the heat feature it has too. Only thing I will say to be aware of is if you are a skinnier person (I’m a 110 pound woman) this may bruise you/make your back sore, even on the lowest setting. I tried to use it for the first time and it was painful for me since I’m pretty scrawny. My bed is against the wall, so I just propped the massager up on the wall sideways and then laid down on my side next to it and barely pressed my back into it. That feels a lot better than sitting against it since my back wasn’t pressing as hard against it as it would be if I laid on top of it or sat against it sitting up. This massager also doesn’t have a vibration feature which I wish it had. But it’s still very nice quality and works well.

This was a fantastic purchase. Deep pressure and is comfortable on all positions for different parts of the body. The packaging seemed high end and everything came safely wrapped. The heating and different massage techniques really help. It even comes with an adapter for the car. High quality product. Highly recommend!

I used it one time and then noticed the back vinyl panel was puckered and held together with zipper teeth. It’s slowly started to separate and there’s no way to zip it back up because the zipper end is cut down and locked so once it unzips you have a loose back and the cushion comes out. I didn’t do anything to it. I just leaned back against it. You can’t even replace the zipper. It just needs to be sewn up or taped up or something disappointed because I only used it for about 30 minutes when I got it. I did like that the massaging unit went into directions, but it’s also limited to the areas that can be used. They talk about how flexible it is and you can use it on other areas of your body, but it’s almost like a wedge back pillow you can’t really leave it up against your arms and if you lay it on your legs, it moves up and down Like a turtle trying to get up. It needs to be pressed between a pillow and your back so that the force is into your muscles. I suppose you could lay it on the floor and lay down on top of it with your legs on it, and the pressure will get into your muscles, but it would be awkward positioning. Just overall disappointed in the lack of flexibility and function, as well as the construction of this Component. Also, make sure to get an extension cord when you buy it like I did, so you don’t have to lay on the floor near the electrical outlet. It comes with a short cord.

OMG - I've got a pinched nerve in my neck and I've been looking for the past month for something to help ease the pain in my neck and shoulders. After Christmas, Instagram and other platforms have been heavily marketing some products that look as though they would be perfect for pinched nerve relief but after doing some research, they were all made in China and had low reviews. Heating elements didn't work, sometimes the product didn't even show up. Regardless, I was getting desperate and even thought about taking a chance on one of these products despite the poor performance reviews. I stumbled onto the Boriwat massager and from the video and pictures, it looked as though it would tackle the place I needed massaging. Okay, the massager showed up today and I can't believe how crazy good this product is. It takes a lot for me to write a rave review but I had to share in case you are dealing with the same pain as me. There are multiple modes for intensity, same for direction of massage. I had a massage just before Christmas and this product feels like a hands massaging my neck and shoulders. I love the ability to turn the heat on or off. I iced my shoulders after using the heat and it felt like heaven. It appears you can also use the same product on your back, abdomen, calf and thigh as well as feet. I haven't tried any other areas yet as I need to get the pinched nerve in my neck under control. Can't wait to use this product again tomorrow!!!! Fantastic price - does everything it says it will do and more.

Este masajeador es una de las mejores compras que he hecho, me ha ayudado mucho a relajarme y descontracturarme especialmente en la zona de cuello y hombros, pero también en toda la espalda. Ahora mi hermana y una amiga van a comprarlo pues se los enseñe y en verdad parece que te están dando un masaje. Lo mejor es que es muy cómodo y lo uso mientras veo la televisión, ademas se apaga automáticamente a los 15 minutos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
