Best ever ear buds engineered by Samsung. Active noise cancelling is an amazing feature, this pair of ear buds having some great features as well.

Big Upgrade from Galaxy Buds 2. So much improvement in noise canceling. Comfortable than 2 Sound is great. Bass is in mid tier. Buds most annoying thing your muscle memory did not get used to for putting back into case. Almost every day when i am watching something feel sleepy. Then have to open full eyes and 3 to 4 tries to succeed. More than 30 days still trying every night 3 times when there is no light and it is most annoying when u want to sleep but these thing did not allow you to do so. Other than that all are premium same like previous versions

The device was not working properly....was not charging the earphones when you put it back in the case. The connection kept falling and disrupting on calls and voice echoing felt robotic. Majorly the volume on the device was low. Tried every different settings. The device connection started to detoriate with time. I had a 2yrs Warranty provided as per the purchase. However was surprised to learn that it's not covered under warranty in Dubai as it's from oversees. The Samsung Service center rejected it. The seller was also not easily reachable.

I've had the galaxy buds 2 pro before this. And unfortunately it got run over by a car. So I'll be comparing them both. Design wise the buds 2 pro is more practical as it's hide in the ears and easy to pick up and use compared to weirdly arranged 3 pro. Sound quality is almost similar with 3 pro having a bit edge. Mic quality and the ambience mode have significantly improved. Even hearing enhancement feature let's me pick up sounds from afar. Overall the product is a good buy for a galaxy user. I brought it during sale and for the amount i paid, it's worth it. If you have a buds 2 pro it's not a worthy upgrade.
