How does this paper work for doing watercolor techniques?

If you mean actual watercolor, I'm not sure. If you mean "watercolor" techniques using a photo editing program like Elements, it works very well.

I am looking for an inkjet cold press watercolor paper. Does this product have a visable texture? front & back?

Yes, this paper has texture on front and back. I even use it to do my own watercolor on as well as printing on it! I really like this product and have purchased it several times.

Has anyone used this to print line art for coloring with colored pencils?

I haven't used it for that, however I don't think it would work really well. It's got more of a texture like super coarse watercolor paper. It'd probably eat up your pencils or not color evenly.

is this paper good for photo prints?

I've never printed out a photograph, but if you are looking for a non-glossy, textured-matte look I think it would kind of neat.
