Are both the baking pan and the rack nonstick? The baking pan can be used for baking cookies without the rack, correct?

I wouldn't call it nonstick. I always cover all my baking sheets with nonstick foil or parchment paper. The rack will need a little work, depending on what you baked. I like the size and it is very heavy duty.

Will this be good for a range that has an air fry setting?

Howdy-Howdy! Yes, our pan will work in an oven with an Air-Fryer setting. Please be aware, USA Pan pans should be used in temperatures 450 Fahrenheit or below! Let us know how it goes!!

Does the half sheet pan come with a grid pattern rack or a straight wire style rack? Both are shown in the photos.

Their are grooves in the pan, not sure what you mean about grid pattern, but the wire rack that it comes with has a grid pattern. Everything thing in the pics is the same….great pan!!
