Good product

It's a good product and works well. It's a bit noisy but bearable. Very easy to use. Shreds the paper into tiny bits. Can recommend this product. It's good value for money.

Very useful. It's better to use 2 papers at a time. Needs to cool down after awhile. But it did a good job if shredding

This is my third shredder over the last 18 years, each of them seem to last about 8 years before they either choke to death or burn out. So I have some reference point about how the shredders work.The SToK ST-30CC seems like a very fine shredder. The internal packing was good and the product arrived in perfect condition. Plugged in everything and shredded about 20 sheets immediately, here are my observations:1. It is pretty silent in comparison to both the older shredders I had. It does make some noise, remember that it is a Low-Speed and High-Torque motor running inside the plastic frame, so don't expect quietness.2. The shredder itself worked flawlessly on all the sheets. I tried upto 5 A4 sheets in one shot and it cut them with a little extra noise. So three sheets at a time seems like the sweet spot to make sure that the motor is not stressing and is working efficiently.3. The Credit card cutter is a waste of time and a bad design. If you insert the card horizontally, the card does not go in far enough to activate the auto switch, but if you manage to push it in, it gets cut to three or four pieces. If the card is vertically inserted, it cuts into just two parts. Bad design, there should have been two more cutters in there and the hole should not be so deep for a small card.4. The auto switch seems to work well, but these plastic parts tend to go bad in a few years after dust gets into the system. Will have to wait and watch.5. The body itself is reasonably well built of good plastic. I have a feeling this will last for a while.6. I do not like to overheat the shredder, so when I tried upto 20 shets, it was still running and the themal cutoff had not kicked in. So this is great for the weekly shredding of all the crap bank statements that comes home by post.Hope this helps you in making a decision.

THE PRODUCT IS COMPLETELY USELESS.Today is the first day I started using it, within 5 minutes it stopped working. Amazon return window closed. The company Stok says there is no service centre in your city so you will have to courier us the machine at your expense and at your risk. Please no one , I mean no one buy this completely horrible and useless product

The product itself is great in performance. The only thing is the quality of the basket. Super thin plastic basket will break easily in long run.The shredder works adequately, have tried cutting old credit cards and works effectively.Machine too heavy. No handle to lift it.And yes for warranty it's a trouble. But I bought as a use and throw machine so didn't bother abt warranty.
