Worst product I have ever purchased. Worst customer support. After buying 1 month, it stopped working. The rod simply cracked while heating the water. Customer care did not help. I tried multiple times reaching them, but they all time turned down my request of simply checking the product. Worst product. Worst customer care. Don't ever buy it. Please save your money.

This water immersion heater is awesome. With in this price range its a good choice and the heating is very fast. With in minutes water get hoter and we can easily heat the water for bathing and its coil quality is awesome and very durable. We use the product with read there guidelines and precautions its very durable. Its have a safe marking of water levels ans a hook for Hanging. But u use a dress hanger to hang this immersion coil its a better option to safe from electric shock and heat. If you use 1500w coil then you need a powerplug for this.
