Disappointing
I received my package YESTERDAY I washed all components. The scrub brush that came with it came apart. At $118 you would hope it would be better quality. I have not even used it for the first time yet, already it's broken! Very disappointing!

Amazing quality
I was taken back by the sheer quality of the whole package. The small tool you use to stretch the bread is magic. I can now outperform the people on Youtube who teach how to make sour dough bread. The tool that can cut the dough is weighty and very easy to grip. The brush is more attractive and better than any similar brush I have bought. Excellent gift to anyone who bakes bread. I shall be buying them for friends. Even fitting everything back in the box is easy.

Great gift for anyone interested in starting sourdough
New to sourdough bread making this year and this gift set was perfect for me. This would be a great Christmas, birthday or mother's Day gift for someone looking to get started making sourdough at home. I really liked how there were two size & shaped bannetona, so I could experiment with shaping my breads.

Great except for…
Everything is excellent except the round disk that holds the razor. I cut my finger badly TWICE from having to open and close it tightly. Also, the razor was lose even after tightening it as much as possible so I put a piece of duct tape inside to hold the razor in place. Took one star off for this item.
