Great book for healthy, tasty and satvik recipes + lots of insights
I loved this book, very helpful if you are aspiring to be conscious of what you eat. I recommend this to all age groups, but primarily to youth as this is the great time you can start looking towards food consciously. Thank you Sadhguru and Isha foundation!! 🎉 🎊 🙏

Very Delicious Food
The recipes are simply delicious. Very easy to prepare. The book can be made much better by including pictures and nuitritional information

Good book for the uninitiated.
Good book for the uninitiated. For westerners or for those who have no knowledge about ayurvedaic style of food, it is quite revelling book for ayurveda is science about food and body. As I was brought up in south india, I found nothing new about the recipes mentioned in the book. Though I am not giving a negative review, not recommended for those who have eaten or tasted south india food and culture. Recommended surely for people new to ayurveda as sadhguru is a renowned and knowledgeable human being.

Must buy book for changing food eating habits!
I first took Sadhguru's Isha class 14 years ago. At that time they gave a single page list of raw food recipes which we still follow. Sadhguru's classes have a food component: pranic, non pranic foods. This book is excellent in the sense it has so many recipes with millets & pranic foods. This book will be a treasure for anyone who is a spiritual practioner, bachelor, diabetic, or working person. It will serve by providing people healthy, low calorie, high fiber traditional recipes with Sadhguru's wisdom. In one of my reviews on a book I commented that there should be star ratings for book publisher: Harper elements deserves 5 STARS, for bringing out such a fine piece of publishing. I have seen their earlier works also. They are consistently very good.

Great book for vegetarian
This book is easy to read and to understands, give us some options on what to use in our cooking. What is good to eat, what is healthy and hopefully we get what our body needs a balanced diet. Thank you
