The item is not working properly I tried many times but its not working...disappointment with the product

Silica cup gel got punctured.
Hardly used in a month and all of sudden the silica cup gel got punctured and the suction is gone and unable to pump.there is no accessory available and the vendor number provided on the warranty is switched off...waste of money..
