Leg cramps gone
Easily desolved in a small amount of water. This electrolyte drink when taken one packet a day solved my leg cramp problems. Works great for me.

Tastes good but bring back the large variety pack!
I like the flavors and they make me feel less inflamed. Just don’t know why they took away the large variety pack. Having one flavor for too long gets old. I like the large variety pack.

This is absolutely my number one go to electrolyte mix! It doesn’t have any artificial sweetener taste like so many others do and the taste isn’t overpowering. I can drink it all day and not get sick of it which is incredibly rare. The lemon lime flavor is mild but delicious and one of my two favourites. It’s hard to get where I live but I always stock up when it restocks on Amazon. I have POTS so need to drink them daily just to avoid dizzy/black out spells and relyte has really made a huge difference for me!

Works very well and is as advertised This flavour is definitely for those who like sour and tart tastes! If you’re not a fan of sour, this isn’t the flavour for you. The electrolytes have made a huge difference in my daily diet- they help prevent and cure migraines too. They help you be regular and it’s an essential product to have if you’re considering or doing the Carnivore diet
