Don’t think twice—yes, it’s expensive, but worth every rand! The quality is absolutely excellent, and the whole family loves it. The picture is sharp, high-resolution, and moves smoothly. Brightness is strong enough for daytime viewing, and the projection size is impressively large. Just keep in mind: the focus distance is quite long. You’ll need about 3–4 meters between the projector and the screen, so placement should be somewhere in the middle of the room—like between the sofa and chairs. The sound is surprisingly powerful—clear, punchy, and with solid bass. Honestly, you won’t even need a soundbar! The auto keystone and focus features are a major plus. They kick in automatically as soon as the projector powers on, which makes setup effortless. All in all, we now have a pretty solid home theatre setup—for a very reasonable price!

I got this smart Google TV projector bc the kids wanted to watch movies outside on warm evenings after finishing their schoolwork! It connects to WiFi quick and the picture is bright even when the sun is still a little up. The autofocus works good from the patio and the sound is strong enough for our backyard. We use it for cartoons after dinner and the kids cheer every time the screen lights up. I wipe it down after use and tuck it away in the closet. The shorter throw means we can set it up closer to the wall without losing the picture. It has made warm evenings feel like a special treat for all of us!

Functions wise it’s a good projector, easy to setup -updating my first review When I first received it the colors were horrible I was ready to throw back in ur box and ship back to Amazon Then I got an update which helped calm the flashy red down a bit in colors I played with the colors and took everything down to zero and bam this thing turned out to be the best I tried in that price change , again I tried cause I’m sure there is better out there . I took it outside with a 150 inch screen and proved to be worth every penny . With that said I will keep it cause it’s now up to my standards for viewing , and yes everyone is different . Anything better I know I have to spend over 1k for and for something I watch once a week or so isn’t worth spending that money over.

This projector is not 4K - it upscales 1080p to 4K resolution. Fan is much noisier then the mini projector it replaces. Does not work well with an 8K receiver - keeps losing signal to PS5. Keeps switching between 3 hdmi devices. Irrespective of device chosen via receiver. The only consistent way to get it not to switch is to unplug or turn off all the other devices. Ps5 lag is very noticeable- much worse than mini projector it’s replacing. After 2 days post install returning and getting a viewsonic 4K @240hz projector. Double the cost of this one but should properly work. If you want true 4K you will need to spend $800+. Not great but it is what it is.

Purchase for my church for movie nights. Watch the 2025 super bowl as the Eagles destroyed the Chiefs. We love this thing. Inserted my fire Stick into the projector and paired my bluetooth speaker to the projector and it was as if we were at the movies!!! Great quality picture even in room low lighting. This review is for the 5500 lumens model. All the models seem to be quite different, maybe even made by different vendors, but the seller has grouped all models together on Amazon which makes it unclear to customers which reviews and Q&A apply to which model. The main appeal of this projector is that it promises 1080p HD with 5500 lumens of brightness at a price point about two-thirds of what you'll pay from a more reputable brand. You will quickly discover that features which you assumed would be there (digital keystone/skew/rotate/zoom, brightness settings, power-on signal over hdmi) are missing. I'm not actually convinced it is 5500 lumens, either. 5500 lumens should be more than enough to comfortably watch a movie in a dim-but-not-dark conditions, but this projector really wants to be used in a dark room. (Caveat: my projection screen is mediocre quality; a nicer screen might mitigate this concern.) At the end of the day, though, the inconveniences were worth the cheaper price in my opinion.

Once you watch anything on this projector you can never go back to TV!! The AI upscales SD content to beautiful 4k!! Changed my life having a in home theater!!! I had issue with my projector after 11 months. Emailed seller and quickly recieved brand new Projector!! 1 year warranty is real and hassle free!!

Der Beamer ist für die Preisklasse wirklich gut und macht auch bei nicht vollständig abgedunkelten Raum ein gutes Bild. WICHTIG ist zu wissen, dass man ggf. AM ANFANG von der Lautstärke enttäuscht ist, da die Systemlautstärke nach dem Setup nur bei 50% liegt. Die Lautstärke von Android TV und dem Beamer System sind unabhängig. Das bedeutet, dass man in das Hauptmenü vom Beamer (Taste in der Mitte -> Quadrat mit einem Kreis in jeder Ecke) muss und die Lautstärke anpassen muss mit +/-. Man sieht dann währenddessen unten am Bildrand den Lautstärke Balken. Anschließend kann man zurück in Android TV und hier die Lautstärke ebenfalls anpassen. Das übertönt dann auch den Lüfter besser.

Great projector that has replaced our TV. Had an issue pairing the remote but the customer service was really good and sorted us out quickly. At this price it’s a great option I’d say.
