I like the quality of the product

I like symbian OS basic mobiles, but this one is worst. After 2 days of usage, i put back the mobile in the box and started using my old samsung metro 350 basic phone. My samsung mobile has plenty of options but nokia lacks entirely. Utter waste OS. Samsung has many shortcut menus and options. Nokia has nothing. Even sound profile options missing. For silent mode, we need to manually reduce the sound. That also continues pressing not available. For reducing sound level 6 to 0, you have to press 6 times. After 5 minutes of internet usage, battery down almost 50%. After OS update all contacts erased. Plastic body very light. Samsung phone body really strong. Sim also, nano sim. This OS cannot be compared with old nokia phone. That much poorly built. HMD global version of Nokia is really disappointing. Going to sell this phone in olx.

Junk phone !! those who think Nokia cannot do a bad job in keypad phone simple phones is absolutely wrong. Waste of money Bad user interface (people buy such phone simplicity) average battery (again people buy such phones for long battery) There is a bug where SMS times get mixed up and won't be able to read messages properly A stuck key within 2 months of very less usage. (cannot expect from Nokia. Pls don't buy.

phone is waste. calling quality is not like volte, it's like 2g even when it is showing volte sign. font size is so small that old persons can't even read this and battery drains very fast. Nokia should work on their products then sell it, don't sell crap products....

I have tested with all network providers (Airtel, Jio and VI). When we lock or unlock this phone is able to receive signals and we can make/receive calls. After some time, mobile become ideal and unable to receive calls. When someone makes a call to this phone, all networks are telling like this subscriber is either unable to take calls or switched off. When we unlock the phone, again we can able to receive calls. I purchased this phone for my parents, since they don't know how to operate smart phone. Worst experience I have ever seen seriously. Technically this is a very big failure model. I strongly recommend that please don't buy this.

Purchased due to large screen and the brand name. Just after 1 year, started issues. Phone not getting charged. Shown service center but not resolved. Don't buy believing the brand name. Consider other brands with1/3 of Nokia price.
