Bought the product with high hope after going through almost all the coolers available online in that range. Got a defective piece. Really frustrating in this duration when everything you need to sanitize or quarantine :). The pump is not working at all. The water level warning is always blinking even with the water tank is full to it's capacity. Could not switch on the cool mode. Even the button cell is missing in the remote. Basically it seems i bought a fan for 8k INR. returning the cooler.Updated Review:I got the cooler replaced in a week. The new one is woring properly. If you get your expectation on the cooling right, it's a good choice.

My initial experience with this product was not bad. There was some initial mystery around the tentative date of delivery, but after a few days of placing the order I was provided with a delivery date and the product was delivered accordingly. It also provided great relief from the unnaturally hot summer that we experienced in Bangalore this year, and while it doesn't cool the entire room, as long as you're in the line of the draft you will feel much needed respite from the heat. I thought i'd use it for a while before writing a review, and I'm glad I waited. About a month after I acquired this cooler, it stopped cooling. On examination, I observed that the valve through which water is pumped from the storage to the water tray was not working, as a result of which water was not flowing onto the cooling pads -> thus no cooling. My cooler is still under warranty so I raised a complaint on the Symphony Website ('Log a Service Call'). I receive a message from them that my request has been assigned to a maintenance engineer, but I do not hear from him for over two weeks. Then I receive a text message saying that since they were 'unable to reach me for three days' they were closing my request and I'd have to raise a fresh one. This was mighty strange since my phone had been reachable throughout the course of those three days, and I did not have any missed calls. So i raised another service request on the website and also complained about the unfair closure of my first complaint. I immediately received a call from the customer care apologising for the trouble and assuring me that a maintenance engineer would attend to my problem. Meanwhile, I received an SMS with the number of the maintenance engineer and a note that he would get in touch with me. Learning from my experience, I called him instead - he seemed very prompt and promised to come home the next day to fix the problem. Now, I am a working person and I live by myself so I got permission to work from home the next day so that this could be attended to - but after promising that he was coming/ on his way etc. for most part of the day, there was no sign of the engineer making a physical appearance. He promised to come the next day (today) - so again, I waited at home. In the morning when I spoke to him he said another maintenance engineer had been assigned the job and was on his way to my place. Many calls later and long story short, its 8.30 PM and no sign of the engineer. Point being, if you are spending 10,000 rupees on an air cooler that works for a month, and you do not even get remotely decent customer service after that (they expect you to sit at home all day for days at a stretch waiting for their mechanic who is 'on the way') - you'd rather place a tub of ice under the fan and get through the summer..UPDATE:My efforts to get the cooler serviced continued for the next 4 months at the least, and i sent innumerable messages and lodged innumerable complaints, but absolutely no response from Symphony - and no sign of any repair engineer. Don't waste your money.

Water inlet is too small and water indicate light is continuously on.Ice camber inlet very small single piece of ice not pass throght it .Average . Otherthing is goodPersonal experience : after 12 hours continuous running only 2 unit electricity consumed.

Writing this review after usage of 10 days.Delivered by Amazon as per schedule date.Packing etc was excellent.Well finished and good looking product.If you are planning for living room, its not good enough. Cooling of bed room 12x12 feet more than enough for two persons. Specifically saying two persons, because its Air flow good for one bed area not for whole room. If you are intending to use for the room where more two persons are sleeping then don't go for this model. Very handy and portable to move in different rooms. Three fan speeds gives enough options to select airflow depending on wheather.I believe Amazon price not lowest in market, local suppliers giving better pricing options.

My earlier cooler failed and even though it's not yet time for summer, we needed to buy one.My main requirement was one with remote and this lone model was the only option. So we placed the order.The fan is powerful, even at low speeds. The cooler is bit tall. Works fine.What I realized is that the button panel is on top, so when you want to operate it with remote, it's not visible. The panel should have been on the front side.We did not realize this at the time of buying.This is bit wrong (inconvenient) design I suppose.It makes somewhere between low to moderate noise which is normal I think. No concerns on noise.If not urgent wait for more models to be launched this summer and then decide.

Amazon's delivery and customer service is super efficient. Got the product 10 days before the estimated date. It is a very sophisticated looking product. Works extremely well. Let me just down a few pros and cons -Pros1) very good looks2) does not make any noise (nose of the fan is there but it's minimal and non-obtrusive)3) has coasters... So you can move it around easily4) good swing and now functions5)has a remote, so you don't have to get up from your bed to switch off or reduce speed6)hardly consumed any electricity7) does not increase humidity or spray water or create any discomfort in hyderabad climate8)good cooling function9) you can use it as a fan during summersCons1) consumes lot of water... 31 liters week go empty if you run it for 10-12 hrs non stop2) the horizontal seeing swivel just hands down. You will have to prop it up by lifting it and keeping something before it for support.3) the power cord is not very long... So you will have to keep it very close to the plug point. I recommend buying a extension cord if you really want to move this around at your homeOverall a very nice functional elegant product you will be proud to show off. It does what it is designed to do and did it well. Trust me guys, this is more than enough to beat the summer heat. Don't waste money on air conditioners of you stay in any of the dry cities in India like hyderabad or Delhi, Gurgaon, noida, Ahmedabad, jaipur etc.

1. Remote was supplied without battery.2. It is not cooling well as per the name Hicool.3. It is making lot of noise and thus not able to sleep.4. Product looks good but not worth of money paid for it. It is wastage of money for me.5. Not expected such a product from company like Symphony.6. Wants to return the product with refund of my money.

Tengo ya un par de meses con el y no tengo ninguna queja, hace todo lo que dice, el tanque es lo suficientemente grande para operar 1 dia entero sin parar, despues de eso requiere llenado. Quiza mi unica queja seria que el control remoto esta muy "chafa", pero cumple su funcion.La corriente de aire que produce es bastante buena y fresca (aproximadamente unos 4 o 5 grados menor a la temperatura ambiente en un clima no tan humedo como en la ciudad de Guadalajara).El consumo electrico es similar a lo que consume un ventilador, quiza lijeramente mas, pero mucho menor que pagar un aire acondicionado.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

O unico problema dele é que faz mt barulho se vc não gosta de nenhum barulho nao compre mas ele deixa o ambiente bem agradável

Se ve de buena calidad, pero tuve que regresarlo porque lo senti demasiado grande , pero no tuve problemas para hacer la devolucion. Todo muy bien
