Great for ppl with POTS
Good price and my daughter says it is an excellent flavor, the best she's ever had. I personally think it takes like seasoned dirt. These are nutrient-dense, rich in calcium, iron, magnesium which my daughter needs, but to learn they are also rich in vitamins and they support thyroid function, heart health, and digestion, and good for skin and immune health, I like it even more for her. I will definitely purchase again (she wasn't a fan of the sea salt)

Great, light, tasty snacks!
Was introduced to seaweed snacks a while back, but they weren't really on my radar. As I've been on a mission to lose weight, and keep it off, I've had to adjust my eating habits. Still having the craving for snacks however, I needed something tasty while satisfying that need. These seaweed snacks, especially the Korean BBQ flavor, it's just what is needed! Tasty, with just enough "heat" to make them interesting, they have become my go-to snack when out and about and those cravings hit enticing me to go off my regimen. Highly recommended, even if you don't think you'd actually like them!๐

These are a nice, light snack option and easy to keep on hand. The flavor is good, and theyโre convenient when you want something quick and not too heavy.
