Was easily installed by a professional and fits well into fire surround, replacing a gas fire. I had problems getting the heater to come on and had to contact the seller. He couldn’t have been more helpful and once he had given me step by step instructions everything is working fine. Now I have a cosy fire to sit by. Even on a low heat it soon warms up my room which is quite large. It looks good and in my opinion is excellent value for the money. If the instruction booklet had been a bit clearer I would not have had any problems.

Looks more expensive, very impressive, sets my living room off lovely. would highly recommend

I received an apology for the delivery delay.... which was nice. Regarding the fire, it's a little misleading as it states it has a brass trim but the front grill section is actually brass effect plastic and the surround is actually made of brass. The fire seems to be well made and looks good in situ and the lighting effects are good.....so overall I'm quite pleased.... but maybe the wording in the description needs to be more accurate

Good product, nice looking, only had a very short time , good value, not too noisy, gives out good heat.

The fireplace is of excellent quality, however, the actual flame is very disappointing, it is so small and low down, it looks like a few embers, and a flame which is only about 4 inches high, absolutely nothing like the advert,!!!

Love the idea of all different colour flames and settings...Impressive looks smart easy to use remote control...makes you feel warm and cosy looking at it....

Fits the fireplace like a glove. Easy to use remote control. I will highly recommend.
