Do you have a flat version connector? Unit is 13.5" depth, but adapter connector takes another inch. 14.5" total. Does not fit in my 14" 6U

You might have to make a connector yourself to make it fit. I bought a 19" deep rack so I didn't have any issues.

Can i use rack roof with this unit as additional fan? does this power dual rack roof? what are the other extension fans possible with this unit?

Under the AC Infinity family, you need a controller to operate fans. This unit will not power your roof rack, you would better off replacing your roof rack fans with AC infinity style fans (I did this with my component rack mount cabinet). You could, electronically, figure out how to make AC Infinity products communicate with other brands but I haven’t had the time to figure that out. I hope this helps answer your question.

What is the minimum space needed below this? could i place this directly on top of a network switch?

I would say 1 unit for the air to move freely. That is what I have with no problems.
