Rapid delivery
Sucked my grandsons sock, which was typically screwed in a ball up my hoover hose, tried using the mop to release it, lost the mop, had to cut my hose open to retrieve the mop, ordered a new hose within minutes, arrived next day, jobs a good un.

Great quality it's just a bit shorter than standard and it does mean you have to pick the vacuum up a lot.
