I never thought I'd write a product review for a sink stopper, but I have to say this little thing is awesome. It makes me smile every time I use it. Easy to install. Catches lots of debris and works great. It took about 30 seconds to figure out how it works, but once you do (press the button on top to remove the catch basin) then it's easy-peasy. Who knew I could love a kitchen drain strainer!

This house is old and has ceramic sinks in the kitchen. The drains have an odd slope and it is difficult to find anything that works with this sink. This item is perfect! Fits great and completely holds the water. Simple toggle up/down button in the center. Removable debris catcher without taking the entire stopper out. Love it. Might buy a 2nd one for the other side of the sink. (It's not even my house!) Also, good price and quick shipping.

It is rare for me to review a product, but this sink strainer was incredibly well designed. You really can’t see from the manufacturer’s pictures, but the holes in the bottom of the sink stopper are quite large. You can rinse down most food particles without having to remove the stopper from your drain. I bought this plug because I’m constantly afraid that the next time I turn on the garbage disposal, there will be a spoon flopping around down there. This solves the problem completely, and it still allows me to drain down most things that end up in the sink. Most of the time I have no need for the strainer basket. For those of you who do not have a garbage disposal, the strainer basket will come in handy.

This drain stopper absolutely rocks!!!! Fits my drain nice and tight, strainer basket is easy to remove and empty. Best of all, it's great for soaking things in the sink because it doesn't leak. easy to use, since you just press the center button to stop drain.

I actually REALLY enjoy this little gadget! Covers up the existing drain so if yours is colored copper to match your faucet or something, that'll get covered. But, function over form! It looks great in my white sinks and brings to my attention how badly I need to bleach the ceramic. Drains just as fast as the drain does without one in it so doesn't change water flow rate. Catches stuff I didn't even realize was in my water all the time. You can remove the basket part and still plug the sink without the basket as well. Easy to ser up right out of the box. Had an issue with it leaking once and wouldn't hold water, I wish it came with a replacement rubber washer like some other similar things I've bought did.

It is this drain stopper I absolutely positively love. It's totally removable for cleaning. Now I don't have to go find a stopper when I want to fill up my sink. I just push the little center button down and the sink starts filling up. When I'm done I hit the little center button again and the water starts draining. This strainer is exactly what it says. It stops garbage from going down the drain. It catches it so that you can dump it into the sink with the garbage disposal or into the trash. Installation is so simple he just put it in the drain. This is one item you're absolutely positively need for your kitchen. You will thank me.

I’ve had this for a year now, and it works great with my sink, which is original to my 20 year old home. It holds water if you need to fill the basin, and catches food scraps well. The only thing I wish I knew sooner was to take the drain apart every month or so to give it a good cleaning. You can see from my photos that the seal will start to form mildew. Unfortunately, a hard scrubbing didn’t get the stained mildew out completely. The scrubbing got most but not all. You can also unscrew the middle part to clean the guck that starts to build up. This is still an overall great product. Just make sure you deep clean it routinely.
