I bought this pool cover because I remember us having one when I was younger to help with heating the pool and keeping it clean. It seems odd but I do remember them working. Luckily the price has gone down over the years and they are more readily available. It does work, not only for heating the pool and keeping it clean, but also for water retention. After putting the cover on the pool I have not had to fill it as the water loss is so small. The traps and filters remain clean even after storms and the temperature is noticeably warmer. We have large trees and the debris just lands on top or bounces off and blows away. I got a larger size rectangle and just cut it to the size of our organic shaped pool. It was pretty easy to cut but the material is sturdy, I can see it lasting a long time. Back in the days these covers used to be $$$ but at the price they are offering this shipped, it’s a no brainer just to try it out. It doesn’t look “pretty” but it does a good job. You can remove the cover and fold it in minutes if need be. Photo is of the first day, I have since made further cuts to get it to fit better…

Perfect fit thicker than others that I have had so it is durable three months in the Florida sun. Water sheds off the cover very well as it is rolled up. The cover is awesome at holding the heat temperature with the coldest winter I have seen in south florida 30 degrees Fahrenheit the pool temp dropped about 6 -8 degrees at night when the heat pump . was off it definitely made a difference on chlorine stabilization and heat . Great cover and I think it will be more durable than the last cover owned

We bought this in the 36 x 18 size for our inground pool and are beyond happy with the quality. The material is incredibly tough—I actually had to walk on the edges while trimming it to fit, and the bubbles didn't even pop! It feels very well-made compared to others we've owned. It does a great job maintaining heat and fits perfectly after a quick trim. Works exactly as expected. Definitely a solid purchase that we’d buy again in a heartbeat.

Good quality

Easy to trim to size, easy to use. Works well on my pool to keep temp warm on cool nights, and keep debris out on windy days. Flakes/folds easily to store at the end of my pool, don't need a roller. This is our first year with it, don't know how long it will last in the sun, but it seems thick enough to last a few years.

This seems to feel like it is made more from rubber than plastic, stronger and more durable. The bubbles are smaller than my last cover but the pool seems to maintain the heat. It rolls up better on the roller than the last cover as well. Overall, I think this is a good pool cover.

This seems like a very study cover. It’s feels like a heavy duty viny. The bubbles keep the cover floating on the surface of my pool. I don’t know if the pool water is warmer or not bc I haven’t been in the pool. For me, it was worth the money.

After a couple of days the pool warmed up to 85 degrees with the pool heater on and the solar cover deployed. The temperature has stabilized without the pool heater at about 83 degrees. The outside temperature daytime 70’s while the night time goes down to the 50’s. It is January on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The pool was too cold to use before thr pool cover. It is now comfortable for swimming and exercising. This cover has clearly extended the range of outside temperatures at which we can use the pool. It feels like it is made out of strong material and hopefully last a good while. We purchased a reel to roll it up on. It works well and is easy to use. I give it a strong BUY recommendation.
