I would recommend this pillow. Has helped my neck pain and have had much better sleep since used this pillow last 3 nights. I personally find higher up end more comfortable to sleep on and is lovely and soft

Bought November 2024 and still using it, still the same shape and hasn’t deteriorated at all, I had a stiff neck for 8 weeks, doctors told me it was posture and I tried countless remedies. This is the only thing that has saved me. It fixed my neck, no lie. I’ve slept with it every night since, the one night I didn’t stay home and didn’t use it I was stiff and aching the next day. Will order another as a back up as I don’t want to be without this. It is comfortable, the cover washes easily. Just want to say thank you !!

AMENDED 6.9.2022Their customer service team got in touch with me having read my review and have been very helpful and concerned. I didn't think my initial review was particularly critical so I should just clarify that this product is good. I am having trouble getting the right height because I have wide shoulders so I am still experimenting with using other pillows to support this one which is not the fault of the manufacturer or seller of this product. My neck pain is definitely getting less as I adapt to my new pillow and mattress.We bought a memory foam mattress and my neck started hurting in the mornings with my old pillows. So I thought one of these might counter that. I have experimented with various combinations of using this pillow just on its own as well as putting another normal pillow on top or underneath. I haven't yet manged to get it just right but it feels like my neck and spine is adjusting to this and the pain in the mornings feels like it's getting less and less. It hasn't been the life-changing experience that other reviews n here describe but it feels like it might be working and for £30 I am not dissatisfied. Seems well built and arrived quickly. No issues with smell as mentioned in other reviews.

Although I don’t think I have actual orthopaedic problems, Im a broad shouldered, skinny necked, big head weirdo and I struggle to make pillows work for me- I sleep in all sorts of strange positions and tend to wake up with numb arms. This pillow really helps for side sleeping, and it’s even really comfy if I’m “tummy” sleeping. I can tuck my hands under the pillow comfortably too. There are many versions on the market and some are so expensive! I’m not spending ages arranging pillows “just right” so I’m drifting off to sleep more quickly. If I go away, it’s coming with me!

I’d wanted to get a good pillow for ages but took that many months reviewing lots of different ones that I never got round to buying one. My husband ended up treating himself to a new pillow with pretty good reviews and it was comfy so this motivated me to get myself a new one…..finally!I actually bought 2 different ones, good reviews for both but the difference between them is incomparable. This one is a whole different level so the other one was returned.I often get neck pain and have sciatica, and have trouble sleeping in general (mind in overdrive) but wasn’t convinced how a pillow could really help.Upon opening the pillow, it expanded within 30 seconds to its expected size. Another review said they needed to wait 24 hours but I honestly think they got a different pillow (or a weirdly dodgy one).When I first lay my head on it, it did feel strange as it was so firm and the height was not something I was used to but it was oddly satisfying and so relaxing. My neck felt like it was in the position it was meant to be in, something I’ve never felt with another pillow.I’m usually a side sleeper but it’s so comfy for back sleeping too. I’ve slept better since having it and it’ll be travelling with me for any nights of weekends away. I haven’t had a sore neck since using it but it has only been 2 weeks. Since then, my husband has discarded his new pillow and got himself the same as mine. My mum has tried out lying on my pillow too and has ordered one as well even though she has another pillow that was relatively expensive.I’ delighted with my purchase and would highly recommend this pillow.

Overall a good pillow. Breathable material. Firm. And has two different heights depending on how high you want your neck to sit.However for me it didn’t help my neck pain but I am sticking with it to try.
