Simply Scrumptous Fat Free Blueberry Muffins

Very tasty, good fiber and calories.

Delicious.

For a person with diabetes, these are very good muffins. I put them in the freezer upon arrival, as the instructions say. Then I use the defrost setting on my microwave. I let them cool for a few minutes before eating them. My blood sugar does increase a little more than I prefer, but it goes back to my normal range with an hour or so.

Since first reading about these muffins, I was very eager to try them. I received them this morning and was extremely impressed by the presentation. They come in a divided box with each muffin individually wrapped. I made some coffee and unwrapped my muffin. They are very moist and have a consistency somewhere between a cake and a brownie. The first bite was amazing, but they are really sweet so I was pretty much finished with it by the third bite. I gave the rest of the box to my doormen to enjoy. I am hoping that it was just the chocolate muffin that is so sweet, and I am definitely going to order another flavor of this muffin.

I did not care for the consistency of the muffin. Too spongy and too sweet.

These muffins are really good. Great taste when you heat them up following the directions. And only 80 calories.

The muffins are delicious. It's hard to believe they are low-fat.

Had one out of the freezer (without heat etc.) and was felled by the sweetness. However they're supposed to taste, a profund absence of cranberries didn't help. For a 'whole wheat' something, the color seemed too light and texture spongy.
