Gardener's secret edge to root that hedge.
CloneX is a thick gel, will do plenty of cuttings and is the market leader in the UK as voted for by "grows" everywhere 😂 I find it effective on most plants but of course it's not magic you need to make sure that you prepare your plant materials correctly and provide the necessary growing conditions but you'll definitely improve your chances with this over anything available in the UK, due to the legislation that prevents the sale of products commonly sold in the USA and Outside the EU.

Have now used a lot of this stuff, but it is far too early to tell if it works.... easy enough to use but one must remember NOT to dunk a root into the pot, but pour some out and paint that on.. but then to NOT replace the stuff in the pot... will turn out to be quite wasteful, I think and at the price paid, I reckon it will work out expensive... especially if I don't get results!!

So simple to use dip & plant
Have only tried it with my forsythia bush so far and outta 30 cuttings i got 29.

This works better on some plants than others, however if I used it as directed and unless I was using it for a great number of cuttings it would not last long. Instead I poured a small amount of this into a small medicine measure cup and sat my cuttings in this for a few minutes before putting them in water. However it was very hit and miss. I found a liquid root grower/booster which worked better for cutting to be grown in water. As I grow my cuttings in water because I grow all my house plants semi - hydroponically I cannot say how well or not this will work if you are growing in soil

It propagates roots
Used this on some yew cuttings once. And they propagated roots after a few weeks. Would recommend, fairly easy to work with.
