The extra measurements and the easy connection to an app and iPhone Health tracking, really help you see beyond just weight. I am not sure how accurate it is with all the measurements, but it is still worth it, even if it is just a gross calculation.

I decided not to use the app, but the scale itself, is very nice. Sets up right away, and seems to be accurate.

5 Year Update: I still use the scale on a daily basis. I recently got into an accident and have been dealing with several medical issues and I have gained over 120 pounds. Since I came home from hospitalization I have lost 50 pounds in the past six months. I am still quite overweight and far off track from what this scale helped me accomplish, but I’m motivated to do it all over again. I was 178 lbs when I first got this scale, that’s overweight for my height. After info this scale I was able to get down to 122 lbs which is the healthiest I’ve ever been in my life and I was 36 years old. I was 37 and around 130lbs when I got hospitalized, when I got home I weighed 241 lbs. Months of wheelchair, no activity, medications and them fattening me up because my body “needs to get stronger”. I didn’t think to open the app when I first weighed in at home as I was still struggling very bad from medical issues, I regret it. That’s progress you won’t see. But I did weigh in with app open 2/27/25 at 220lbs. So that is the highest weight you will see. I got home in November so I had already lost 21 lbs at that point. My most recent weigh in July 1 2025 at 186.6 totaling about 34lbs from what you can verify in my photos and 54.4 in total if you take into consideration the weight I was when I first got home that I didn’t log app open sadly. This is a great scale, but I am considering upgrading to the Etekcity as it has some updated features. I recommend this brand to anyone who wants to change their life for the better. Please consult a dietician before going to extremes and don’t starve yourself to accomplish your goals. Eat healthy balanced meals, workout often or just be active if you don’t like work. Do something fun, keep moving. If you feel you overeat, when you’re hungry, drink water. I hope this will help you, good luck. LETS GET FIT! THIS SCALE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. Let me say that it was not this scale that did the work, but it did help me a lot by tracking my progress and helps motivate you to keep on track as you see minimal progress. The hardest part about sticking to a plan is that you don’t see progress if you aren’t trying to. This scale and app has done wonders alongside the MyFitnessPal app to track my intake. The only flaw I can actually find is that the body age doesn’t make any sense. According to the app my body was younger when I was overweight, but I have gotten older and the age has progressed as it should over time. I just figured after getting in the best shape of my life the body age would continue to drop the more and more I progressed. Not the case. My body is still 4 years younger according to FitDays which is great but I honestly take my health serious and I think it should be way lower than that from the way I personally take care of my body and get preventative care. I have seen there is a FitDays+ app and I would like to get on that but I’m not sure the scale I have is compatible. I have taken very good care of this scale and it stays put. If you aren’t careful I’m pretty sure this scale will break. Fair warning. It’s glass.

This scale works great and is very accurate. It is easy to use, lightweight, and the display is clear. The quality is better than I expected for the price. Highly recommended.

Esta pesa esta genial, te analiza el cuerpo a parte del peso y te dice que está bien que esta mal etc... esta muy bien y la recomiendo para los aficionados al deporte, yo no soy de hacer deporte pero si te interesa saber como estas de condiciones en varios aspectos esta pesa te analiza muchas cosas. I absolutely love these scales! They come complete with batteries so you are good to go immediately. The app was easy to install and link and shows a wealth of information. This is also synced to my apple health app. I was delighted to learn that my muscle mass is excellent but slightly disturbed (but not surprised) to learn that my body thinks it is 5 years older than it actually is. I have just started my weight loss journey and am looking forward to seeing so many things improve.
