Great fire pit for the price!! and puts off a decent amount of heat! The assembly was easy to do alone and only took about 30 minutes to do. Overall very happy with it!

Works exactly as expected.

I received my unit a few weeks ago. Assembly took 20 minutes. It worked great for the test and first usage (45 min). Strong flame and adjustable flame strength. We used it again a few days later. It worked fine for 10 minutes until we tried to turn up the flame a bit. The flame increased and then immediately decreased to the lowest level. From that point forward the regulation of flame did not work. I contacted support. They were very helpful on the phone. They opened a case, took all my information, and informed me that I would have a new part\unit in 10 business days. The new unit arrived within their promised timeframe. I assembled to new unit today and it tested fine. I'm hoping this unit will not suffer from same regulator issue. Only time will tell.

My only issue is the tightness of getting the tank in and out vs. other pit's we have. I love the size of this one for the part of the deck we have it on. Puts off good heat, light weight and easy to turn on and off.
