Awesome concept and is exactly what I need and was looking for but not the best quality. Will wear fast

I've been using this slim minimalist wallet for a while now, and it has quickly become my favorite accessory. Crafted from genuine leather, it exudes a stylish and sophisticated design that fits perfectly in my pocket without creating any bulk. As a fan of minimal/compact wallets, I was pretty excited for this wallet to arrive as it's one of the more unique designs I've seen in the sea of Ridge knockoff small wallets/cardholders. Unfortunately, after it arrived and I opened it up I quickly learned that while this card holder has some clever design details, the overall wallet has several issues that make it very hard to use this wallet on an everyday basis. Here are the main points: Pro - The layout of the card slots is well thought-out with two quick-access slots on one side, a larger "storage" pocket for more cards on the other side, and a very clever fold-over flap covering a pouch big enough to hold a couple slips of cash, a few coins or 1-2 keys. Con - The construction and materials on the wallet feel and look very cheap. It's made of fake leather, with one side having a shinier texture that looks like the seat vinyl material they used in cheap 80s cars and the rest being a kind of softouch, rubbery texture that feels okay. The glue binding the two sides together feels very weak, I can see it peeling away by slight pulling on one of the corners which is not a good sign for longevity. Con - The wallet is almost unusable once filled since the card slots are so tight. The pleather and elastic material in this wallet do not have nearly enough stretch (even after letting the wallet sit fully-loaded overnight to "break-in" so it's almost impossible to pull out any cards, let alone pull open the coin pouch. This makes the wallet basically useless to carry since you'll be spending way too long at the register trying to yank your cards out. Overall, while this wallet has a clever design the issues with removing cards and build quality make this very hard to recommend. Unless you have a very minimal carry of only 1-2 cards and a slip or two of cash, I can't recommend this wallet.

I was attracted to what I thought was the genuine leather part of this wallet, but I don't think the leather is real. I'm pretty sure it's "pleather" or whatever the fake stuff is. It is slim, and the expandable pocket is cool, but I don't like how it's mostly (or completely) plastic. If the leather is real, it's just a small patch of it on the front but, again, I don't think the leather is genuine. If it being mostly or all plastic doesn't bother you, it seems like a useful and well-designed slim wallet.
