Don’t let leftovers, spills or dishrags get hot and you’ll never have that “ greasy deep fryer “ smell that’s totally avoidable. Get the sticks only if you need precise measurement and plan to use a whole stick quickly because they’re not easy to save.

I don't cook with Crisco anymore but it's almost perfect for seasoning cast iron pans. Bake a VERY light layer of this in a few times and you are on your way to non stick goodness.

I have been using Crisco shortening for year. It is the best vegetable shortening available as far as I know.

Bought this solely to season my cast iron pans and Weber grill grates because it's gotten super hard to find veg shortening in Spain these days. This will probably last me as long as my pans do!

The product is very good, it met my expectations, easy and quick to use

Graisse que j'ai utilisé pour passer un gros câble électrique dans une gaine un peu étroite comme on me l'avait conseillé, après quelques efforts j'y suis arrivé, s'étale bien avec un pinceau, mais niveau alimentaire je ne sais pas si je l'utiliserai, le peu qu'il me reste je vais l'essayer quand je vais remonter des pneus cela devrait faire mieux que les graisses chimiques.
