NUVICARE Max Strength PE Phenylephrine HCl 10mg Non Drowsy are perfect for me when I start getting a sinus headache. They are inexpensive and do the job. I do not get drowsy and usually only have to take one. It does seem to last about 4 hours. They are tiny pills, so super easy to swallow.
