Finally a M2 Threaded insert that's sub 3mm OD!
I've been searching for a set of M2 Threaded inserts that are 3mm or less OD. This one fit's the bill! I wish I could purchase in quantities larger than 200! Measuring 2.9mm at the widest section these are perfect! I also wish they came in 6mm lengths!

Great inserts
The price is good and the quality is great. These inserts appear to be made from high quality brass and all of the threads are perfect. I will purchase them again in the near future.

Great price and they work like they should
At $8 this is a great price on these 200 knurled inserts. They come in a nice little hinged container to keep them safe and easy to find. These have the smooth line on one side for inserting and the two rows of knurls, they hold really well in plastic. You should use a knurled insert, inserting tool. They go on the end of a soldering iron and help tremendously. You can try using just a soldering iron tip, but that is sloppy and prone to errors. With the insertion tool you can get them flat with the surface much more easily.

These have worked perfect for my 3d parts and models. I heat set them, the threads after are clean and easy to use.
