Why is this brand of dmannose more than twice as expensive as other 100% dmannose brands?

..because it is made from birch, not corn.

How long can I take the immediate support dose for?

I take it 3 times a day for about 3 days initially until my symptoms subside then once a day for about 4 days to make sure it has gone properly. You shouldn’t have to take it all the time. Hope this helps!

How many doses do you get out of 1 50g bottle? Can i drink 1 glass everyday?

Yes you can drink one glass a day they suggest it as a preventative . But I only usually take it when I begin to feel any slightest sign of symptoms. It certainly worked then

Is birch dmannose better ?

I found this absolutely useless - and suggest you go to a doctor.
