These exercise bands are exactly what I was looking for. They are of good quality materials. Metal connections and soft durable grips for the handles. They cost is extremely friendly considering what the cost of weights these days are. These are a great for in between visits to the gym. They pack into a nice bag that's included and are super easy to use.

I only just purchased these and used them several times after receiving them. I really like the resistance, doesn't take up much room at all, and very versatile.

These bands are great. I bought two sets for more versatility along with a few bars and some wall anchors. I basically have a home gym for under $200 without all the extra weight of standard equipment. Everything fits inside a medium sized tote and it’ll be painless if I move to another apartment.

I like them and if they break well there resistant bands and that's what they do they break over time, and for less than 40 bucks I am definitely getting another set when these break Quality:Very good

Good quality I wish they was a little shorter to be able to do chest exercises with them but they do the job for other things
