Not as advertised.
It works. It doesnt get, or stay as cold as it says. I've jad to add additional ice packs to help. It gets below 50ยฐ in 80ยฐ weather, which is acceptable for my meds. But it only stays in that range for 5 hours or so. I started wrapping it in a towel to extend that time span.

Worked quite well.
Last Aug I made a trip to visit a cousin and had to take medication that required refrigeration. This kept the injection tube and liquid I had to take with me well within temp during my travels. I particularly liked the temp reading on the outside so I can see right away if the temp is adequate. It really put me at ease during my travels.

Great
Great case! I just started the GLP one. I wanted to make sure that I had something that I could carry all my equipment and pens in. The removable packs make freezing and keeping it cold as necessary, but also tells you what temperature everything is that. Itโs durable. The size is perfect for carrying two up to two pens. Very easy to use.

Insulin cooler does not that cool
The product did not stay cold on my flight. The temperature stayed at 70 degrees. I doze the inserts but they did not help to keep the temperature lower than 70.

GLP-1 case
While the zipper may be difficult to use, the actual case seems to be ideal for transporting my GLP-1 injections overseas. It fits my prefilled syringes and has little pockets where I can keep needles and alcohol pads. When I first opened it, I was surprised at how big it was. I guess I was expecting something much smaller. I'm only bringing 3 injections, and this looked so big. Yet, when I tried it out, the fit was just right. Maybe I could fit 1 more injection if i needed it, but that's about it. My flight is 6 hours + they want you at the airport 2 hours in advance, then I have a 2 hour drive. Fortunately, it's wintertime, so I'm hoping these stay cool enough for the 10+ hour duration! I'm not looking to freeze them, but I don't want them at room temperature either. The thermometer is already working, so I guess the extra batteries are just a backup - a nice surprise, considering I don't have spares like these on hand. I plan on not opening the case at all during the flight in order to keep the cold in. I'll freeze the ice packs overnight and will also keep the case in the fridge. I may even keep the case in a little lunch cooler to help maintain the right temperature. This was the best price I found for a case with a temperature gauge. I only need it for 1-way, so I wasn't looking to spend a fortune. Plus, the expensive ones also had some questionable reviews. If this doesn't work as I'm hoping it will, I'll be back to update this review, but in general, I feel good about this case and fingers crossed, it'll meet my expectations.

From 35F to 72F in 6 hours -Meds ruined
This does NOT stay cold. I bought it for an international trip consisting of a 4 hour flight and an 8 hour flight. I had the freeze packs in the deep freezer for 3 days before departure and had the case itself in the fridge (35 degrees F) for a full day as well. From the time it took me to get to the airport (30 minutes) the digital thermometer was up to 42. By the time I cleared TSA it was over 50. When I boarded it was 65. After the 4 hour flight the temperature was 72. I had $200โs worth of medication in that case and it was trashed before I even made it to my destination. The country I traveled to does not have access to medication like we do in the states so I couldnโt just walk to a pharmacy and get a replacement vial. I am so disappointed; I trusted the reviews but clearly they were not accurate. The zipper quality is also lacking. I am not weak but trying to move that zipper, especially around the corners, was close to impossible. Save your meds and research a different product.

WELL worth the price
Worked out great for the trip. Everything is actually sturdier than expected, so bonus points there. It realy didi stay cool as promised, but the tiny packs just can't last longer, and a slightly bigger pack won't fit & allow it to close.

superb vallue for such a valuable piece off equipment which can literally help save lives
What a superb cooler container for keeping your insulin cool and save The main bottle is a sort off thermos made from steel and inside upon arrival you will find a cooling pack which needs to be put in the freezer / fridge we have found over night in the fridge is perfect for long journeys and you simply put it inplace in the bottle with your vials off insulin Now where the best bit begins , in the screw on lid is s superbly accurate led temp display with which you monitor the temp off the insulin bottles which will be the same temp as the inside We found that freezing the block was too much and overnight in the fridge is just perfect then the temp stays pretty much constant for upto 8 hours but should you need longer then freeze the block and that then gives upto 24 hours off cooling Awesome quality and amazing value

Expensive for a travel case with fancy digital display
This works so i should start with that. Functionally its hard to fault but the price makes it quite poor value. It basically does what cases do that cost a fraction of the price but it is nice and has a fancy display. Functionally it doesn't make this any better but it is nice to have. Overall its a nice cooler but there's cheaper options that do the same thing.
