Loved the is book and was very insightful on the strict diet. I felt as I was living in the dawn ages. More meat than anything. Even the sugar replacement thingy wasn’t too bad.

I was honestly shocked by the numbers of unique recipes in this book - SO many different ways to flavor and eat meat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snacks! There are a couple of recipes that include extra ingredients like nut butter or cauliflower, but I'll overlook that in favor of having this solid go-to guide for a carnivore diet. Highly recommend!

I’ve read a lot of cookbooks for different diets, but this one really impressed me. The recipes are awesome, offering a surprising range from quick, budget-friendly options to dishes perfect for a special dinner. Plus, it’s super informative about the Carnivore diet, which I found really interesting.I also love how much variety there is in the recipes. They’re all well-written and easy to follow. You can tell the author put a ton of thought into this cookbook, and it really paid off. I highly recommend it!

I have not tried the recipes although some look really good. One thing I have to point out, this cookbook is labeled as Carnivore Diet Recipes, however there are several recipes that are not carnivore, such as those with vegetables or artificial sweeteners. Maybe ketovore would be a better description.

I have been exploring different cookbooks and different diets for a while now. I was instantly interested when I came across this carnivore diet cookbook. I am a big meat eater so I have always been interested in this ever since I heard about it. This book is great and offers alot of insight into the diet itself and why it works. This book has a lot of great recipes and it is much more diversified than I anticipated. Looking forward to trying some of these out.

I am amazed with this type of books, the inclusion of seafood in this book is what makes it my favorite. There are books with seafood recipes but this one is special. Adding to my favorite side of carnivore food (seafood), carnivore lifestyle leads to diabetes control or weight loss. In males body works as a hormone that helps muscle growth. My husband is more on the side of red meat which makes this book perfect for our family taste.
