I have fitted it to the municipal line along with another filter. The advantage of this filter is the plastic ends for the screen which makes it easy to re-inset after cleaning. Collects the dirt and other particles as per the screen size. It is worth the money spent.

The filter is installed in the inlet of municipal water . Works fine. Easy to open and clean. At the connected pressure it delivered 800 ltrs/hour serving the purpose. The filter body is robust to serve long time. However the replacement screen filter cartridge is not available in market/Amazon. Inlet and outlet ports are to be checked from instruction sheet and to be connected properly. Overall quality is good .

The product is good and study I have still not installed but plastic and the screen give a rugged feel Sept 2023 This is review after one year of purchase. As mentioned I installed after 4-5 months so this review is @6 months after use. Initially, after one month I checked the filter by opening but their was no dust or any impurity. However today when I opened after @4-5 months I found screen filter is rusted. And the rust is creating dust which is chocking the filter. I am not using the water for drinking but even though it’s not good anyway for taps and bathing. I will have to find if a plastic filter or disc filter can fit in same housing. If any one have Knowledge about replacing ss filter with plastic or disc filter please share the info. I strongly recommend not to buy the product. Our shameless indian manufacture are not worth trusting. Unfortunately no big plumbing brand is making or selling it online. That’s why people buy chinees as they don’t have expectation and are cheap or invest in European or Japan because we know we are not paying the cheater so they can back stab us.
