Tricky to install
Setting this can be tricky …. Use a piece of thin cardboard ( cereal box cardboard ) cut a ribbon … lay that across the flywheel … then mount the magneto … it will take all the aggravation out of trying to get spacing correct …then you can just slip the cardboard spacer out from between the magneto and the flywheel …. Or you will go thru hell trying to space this properly … you can send me a dollar for the tip …

Defective part caused extra time and money
Echo srm 225 died one day, bought this coil, installed and it started but never ran right, fought with it for awhile and finally decided to try a different brand, turns out the carbhub one was just defective out of the box because the other one I bought got it running good as new.
