Fantastic roller and really appreciated all the little extras with the ball rollers too. Had a little bit of trouble getting the smooth roller from out of the main roller but no problem. Really liked the smaller components too and the carry bag is a really nice touch although I doubt I will try to put the smooth roller back into the black one. Has helped with rolling out my muscles and feels like it's going to last a really long time. Firmness is great and feel that this is going to last a really long time. Super easy to use, great kit.

Really good for relieving back muscle knots and tension. Make sure to check for proper usage techniques to avoid injury.

Great quality and very compact

I ordered this based on the description - my husband has neck and shoulder problems. I thought it would be good for him. We tried using them, but they’re no good if you’re not flexible. In fact they did more harm than good. When I looked into it and did a bit of research, these are probably better for sports massages on the legs etc. Also comes with 2 different reflexology balls for your feet, these are just uncomfortable to use.

It’s fine but both rollers seemed way too firm for me. If you are looking for a roller for gentle sports or if you have high sensitivity, look for something softer. It also takes over a week for the chemical smell to disappear.
