Nice little tent
This is a nice bargain tent that packs a good amount of upgrades from other options at a similar price point. I bought this when it was on sale for $30. It was very easy and quick to set up because of the clips on the tent. No threading the pole through a tunnel of fabric for this tent! I don't know how waterproof it is as I've not taken it outside yet, but the size is perfect for me and my husband or me and one or two kids. A double inflatable sleeping pad nearly takes up the entire floor of it, but that was what I was looking for. I'm stoked about the integrated vestibule that stems from the rain fly. It has nice zippers, as well. Only time will tell on the long term, but right now I'm happy.

A budget tent that slightly outperforms it's $40 price
This is a mass produced ultra-budget tent that's probably a better tent than you think. It will never get mistaken for a midrange or tent like the Featherstone, much less higher end tents like Nemo, Big Agnes and Durston. But ... It has many features that were ahead of it's time, including the same clips that are on my Nemo Dragonfly, and a rain fly that clips into the anchors. It held up well through a couple of heavy Florida storms, but I did seal my seams with seam sealer. That's a pretty good practice anyway. I gave it 4 stars because it's not expensive, but that's a rating that accounts for price. There are cons. You have to leave the tent to make zipper adjustments on the back of the rain fly. That's not ideal. The vestibule is a little high off the ground, letting wind in that didn't have to come in. It's super easy to set up, and the rain fly material didn't stretch much in the rain, but it's a little heavier than better mid class tents at 3.4 pounds. Its also a little warm in temps above 75 due to the black rain fly, but that's a benefit in temps in the 60s or below. It's a good enough tent for new backpackers doing short backpacking trips, but I wouldn't expect it to last for a full thru hike or anything. That said, the price is right, it does have some good features like easy up clips and a bathtub floor with an inner wall mesh tent and vents on the rain fly to reduce condensation. It's a solid 3.8 tent, so I'm rounding up based on price alone. I was pumped when I picked this up at 40% off for like 30 bucks. It much, much better than that price.

Great for price and starting out.
Works great. Itโs definitely not the same quality as more expensive tents but itโs super light and is still great quality. Used it and had me, my toddle and my 65l backpack and each had our own mattress. It rained pretty good not super hard rain but average Oregon mountains amount of rain and did not leak and the inside walls did not get wet or anything. Description said it comes with a footprint but mine did not. Wife used a Kelty grand mesa 2 which is definitely a little better quality material but is smaller than this one. It was her and her 60l backpack a baby with a portable bassinet and she had enough room but idk if it would fit me and my toddler and my stuff. So this one is actually a 2 person tent.

Solid and well made.
Truly a 1 man tent. I wouldn't recommend for anyone taller than 5'11". That'scmy height and I was end to end. Very well made and easy to setup. That's what I wanted for my over night river trips.

Keeps you and your gear wet.
Definitely not a 3 season. I just used this in 55 degree weather in Florida and was freezing all night because my sleeping bag was soaked from overnight dew seeping into the tent - not rain, just moisture and no protection from the rain fly! I would hate to see how this would hold up in the rain, my bet is that you'll drown. I won't be using it again until summer. It's not worth $90 full price, but I didn't pay that so I'm thankful about that.

Amazing tent
Very warm and easy to put up. I did it at night in the dark and it wasn't perfect ngl but it was decent and held up well for a weekend. And no bugs inside the tent which I appreciated.
