Best brand for sparkling water
This one is our favorite for sparkling water. Not bitter like the others!

Great for Rickeys
I love a lime and soda Rickey with Gin. These bitters take it up a notch.

Need in your bar
Never had this bitters in my cabinet but so glad I do now. It’s just the right amount of tang and can see I will be using it often

You can't go wrong
I have sixteen of their bitters and all are consistently good.
User
Great flavor
Add a great flavor to a drink

Not exactly fresh tasting…
A bit artificial / soapy tasting. But that’s just tasting it straight, not when mixed in a cocktail.
User
Great for Carbonated Water
I use this to add lime flavor to carbonated water that I make and I like it better than the flavorings specifically made for carbonated water. It lasts me several months of almost daily use.

Taste minty not limey
I got a bottle - and after applying 4 dashes as per cocktail specs (Pandan Old Fashioned) discovered that there was an odd Fernet mint flavour to the drink. Testing the bitters on their own I discover these are not lime flavoured, but mint like a fernet! I'm not sure whether there was a bottling error, or these Lime Bitters just have a mint flavour profile (seems very disappointing). They had been open for about 6 weeks - I don't think that should change the taste of bitters so dramatically.
