I bough tthis book to help with my lifeguard course and needless to say it was very helpful, as I passed with flying colours :)

i have recently bought this lifeguard manual and contents within is marvellous its giving me basic knowledge on pool lifeguarding and it has certainly helped me pass my nplq and i recommend this manual to anyone who wants to pursue a career in lifeguarding

I found it very useful for my NPLQ, It has clear diagrams, and detailed information, but it was difficult to find specific bits of information, maybe it should have had an index. Every lifeguard should have a copy it is an essential reference book.
