Elegant, sturdy, and fits perfectly in the fridge
This carafe doesn't make a mess every time I pour a drink. The gravity lid stays sealed when the pitcher is sitting upright, but the second you tilt it to pour, it opens up perfectly on its own. It feels high-end and keeps things like ice or fruit slices from splashing into the glass. I’ve used it for everything from iced tea to wine, and it always looks elegant on the table.

Works well once you realize how to get it pouring consistently
Good quality, nice-looking water carafe. Just took a little while to figure out how to get it to pour out a good, steady stream. You need to tilt it a little to one side when pouring. It just wasn't obvious initially, but now that I discovered the trick it works fine.

Bought this especially for my lemonade and it is quite handy , spill proof and the a good tight handle . Pretty decent made I would say .

NOT USER FRIENDLY!
This item works for what I need it for, but I have a few issues with it. The glass seems relatively thin. You can't get a firm grip around the top. I make cold brew iced tea in mine and the glass feels slick when it's cold. The lid seems to almost vapor lock when you stop pouring. I pour a partial glass, put sweetener and ice in the tea, then try to top off the glass. The lid doesn't want to pour, and it starts to lift out of the neck of the carafe, so I end up removing it completely. The carafe is also tall enough that it doesn't fit well in the refrigerator. I have to put it on a shelf that is tall and wide, where we store a case of water. Overall, I just don't find it to be user friendly. It looks more like a tall plain flower vase with a pouring lid. I'm afraid one bump will break it, and I carry it up against me while holding it with both hands, one supportingthe bottom. Some kind of ridge near the top, for grip, might help some. Trying to clean it is also not easy, as it's tall and narrow. I wouldn't purchase this again.

Ich besitze eine Wasserbar mit Umkehrosmosefilterung die direkt an Frisch- und Abwasser angeschlossen ist. Daher benutze ich kaum noch Flaschenwasser oder Wasser, das ungefiltert aus dem Hahn kommt zum trinken oder kochen. Diese schöne Glaskanne fasst 2,2l ohne viel Platz zu beanspruchen und wird daher immer mit gefiltertem Wasser gefüllt. Bin sehr zufrieden. Auch wenn Gäste kommen ist sie auf dem Tisch hübsch anzuschauen.
