This is awesome product that was so helpful when I burned my arm on my oven rack. It was so soothing. I also used it when I fell on a curb and Brooke’s been on my upper lip for healing purposes, and my lip healed so nicely. The upper lip is a difficult place to get any type of bandage to stick as was this one so I were at at night, which usually worked well for me. It’s expensive but worth the price.

Absolutely incredible for awful burns. No sticking, just hydrating protecting
I got a very bad boiling oil burn on my arm weeks ago. This dressing doesn’t stick to your skin at all, as in it doesn’t pull up any skin when you go to change it. We all know how delicate burnt scabs are, as well as the upper dermis when it blisters or otherwise comes away from the lower levels. I have had zero skin cells come off with this. It’s allowed my skin to makntain integrity as it heals, no pulling skin off before it is ready to easily, and even then I have to do it myself. This product is not scented, and it doesn’t have any ingredients such as essential oils which are very bad to put on your skin as it is, let alone damaged, compromised, and sensitive skin which develop an allergic response easily that may be permanent when it comes to using essential oils in any product intended to put on your skin. I did find this size difficult to place over my particular burn, however I will keep this smaller size and the larger one in my first aid bin, to ensure I’m prepared for any wound that needs to be kept covered so it heals. It is about 18” thick, and has completely eliminated the awful pain from even slightly warm water in the shower. I can shower at my normal temperature. The dressing needs changing after each shower as the gel absorbs water and oozes around the edges. I keep mine held on with Coban wraps. Using that, this dressing stays exactly where I put it. I am extremely pleased with how this has helped my burn heal. I had initially tried the “non stick” bandages with aloe with lidocaine applied, and those stuck. Ouch! This solved the problem entirely and provides a hydrating barrier that is exactly what a burn needs. The lidocaine did help with acute pain. I read that these need/shouldn’t use any product underneath; so I did let the aloe sit on exposed skin until it dried down, and then used a cotton round with micellar water to gently wipe any residue off before putting this dressing on. Due to how protected my skin is by this, I haven’t had any scarring, just fresh pink skin when some of my scab-adjacent skin has come off. I will need to protect the skin this summer with a 100% UV wrap, to make sure it doesn’t burn from sensitivity, especially as I live at a high elevation do the sun’s rays are more intense. A very well earned 5/5, for first through pretty serious second degree burns this is a fantastic product. I will always keep it on hand!

Great for sore nipples from breastfeeding.
These worked great for sore nipples during the early days of breastfeeding. They sell the same thing for breastfeeding for like triple the price! I was able to cut the 4in ones in half and use one half on each side. They are quite sticky so to keep them from sticking I put some nipple butter on first.

Pretty Good
I recently picked up the Dimora Hydrogel Burn Dressing for some minor burns and scrapes, and I’m so glad I did. These 4” x 4” gel pads offer instant cooling relief, which was a game-changer when I accidentally burned myself in the kitchen. The gel provides a soothing, moist barrier that immediately calms the discomfort without causing any irritation. The 10-count package is great for keeping on hand at home or in your first aid kit. Each dressing is pre-moistened and easy to apply, sticking well to the skin without any mess. It really helps reduce the pain and swelling associated with first and second-degree burns, as well as minor cuts and abrasions. I've also used it for chafing, and it worked wonders. One thing I really appreciate is that these dressings don’t feel sticky or uncomfortable. They stay in place but don’t leave behind any sticky residue when you remove them, which makes cleaning up easy. They also offer a gentle, non-irritating way to promote healing and prevent infection. The only downside, if I had to mention one, is that I wish the dressings were a little bit larger for covering bigger areas. But for small to medium burns or cuts, they’re perfect. Overall, the Dimora Hydrogel Burn Dressing is a must-have in any first aid kit. It provides fast relief, promotes healing, and is so much more comfortable than other treatments I’ve tried. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with minor burns, cuts, or abrasions!

Effective
Nobody wants to have to buy this product... but definitely a must have for healing from a open "flesh wound" or severe burn. Used and changed daily for two weeks while recovering from a 3-inch long, 1-inch wide burst burn blister on the back of my hand. Six months later my hand is fully recovered with only a faint outline where the wound was.

Cut to fit
This sticks pretty well if it's on a body part that doesn't move much. Obviously if you're putting this on or near a joint, you're going to need to add tape around it. The dressing doesn't stretch, so when your skin stretches, the dressing will fall off. Removal was painless for me. You can cut these with ordinary scissors if you need a different shape. I like to wipe the scissors down with alcohol first. Cut the dressing to size before you remove the plastic backing. Cutting is a little messy, with bits of gel sticking to the scissors. Seal the part you're not using in a clean zip-top bag so it doesn't dry out.

Know you issue.
Performs very well. Have a tendency to dry at the edges if wearing past a day, depending on the issue. Very good product and does exactly what it says. Have bought twice.
