Doughmakers 10261 Non-Stick Grade Aluminum Cake Pan, Metallic

My pan arrived in perfect condition. I will use it when baking for a crowd. Recommend.

I own one of these with lid and really like it. Took it to a group dinner and it was noticed by a couple people who preferred it to te ones they had with plastic lid. So, I bought one as a gift for one of them. Such good quality. It easily holds an iced boxed cake mix. Very rust resistant and easy to clean and use. Even cooking works well for baking. Color is attractive and won’t scratch like the non stick coatings do.

This is the second baking product I've purchased from Doughmakers and am once again very pleased. I like its sturdiness and its easy-clean surface. The mottled surface area works so much better than any of the traditional "non-stick" surfaces that are out there and I feel more confident about its quality than most other baking trays/pans that I own. I bought my first Doughmakers product in May 2020 here on Amazon (it was a jelly roll pan) and have fallen in love with their products since then. And no ... I didn't receive a free product for this review. : )

These are the best! Strong with pleasant rolled edges. The lightly textured inner surface really does seem to help release baking, yet remains easy to wash. Didn’t know of Doughmakers brand, but these are excellent and I will look for their other products. It’s hard to find good owns because there is so much non-stick junk that needs to be replaced every few years. I was especially looking for a pan with a lid. That these ones have a snap-on metal lid, is one of their best features. This will probably become my go-to gift for wedding showers.

Doughmakers is my offical bakeware brand. I have several pieces in my kitchen cabinets...and this is ALWAYS what I send as a wedding gift! The bakeware is amazing, bakes like a dream - and cleans beautifully. I think we all have "that" cookie sheet in our pantry we would not want anyone to see...cooked on grease and oil and darkened from use. This bakeware looks virtually as good several years in as it did when purchased. It IS pricey, but I highly recommend the investment!
