could anyone explain to me the difference between isotonic and hypertonic rinse please? it seems to be on the packet....

I think for a nasal rinse, the isotonic solution (small side of spoon) will just rinse out allergens whereas the hypertonic solution (large side of spoon) will draw out excess mucus or moisture.

Just salt.I mix it with bicarbonate of soda at a ratio of 3 salt to 1 bicarb to make it less stingy.
