Microfiber Light Compression, Hernia Prevention Boxers 900

Bought these and a pair of the Underworks Cotton Long Boxers. Was hoping for some added support for my right side inguinal hernia. These helped out but not the most comfortable to wear due to the snugness around my thighs. Both pair I purchased are size large. I am 210lbs, 6'1" and wear a 34/34 pant size, athletic build. The long boxers are more comfortable and cooler but do not have the snug support of these compression boxers. I then got the bright idea why not pull these on over the long boxers and see what happens. WOW! Works great! I have the support I was hoping for and though initially seemed constricting once I adjusted no problems at all. The binding is actually mitigated by the long boxers. I can now stand longer, walk longer and mow the lawn without the nagging pull of my hernia. I ordered two more pairs of each for regular hygiene. Since these are worn over the long boxers I wash them only every other day. They are not inexpensive for sure. The long boxers are wearing as expected since they get washed more regularly. Probably need replacement more often. An added benefit the combo has a nice slimming effect. Regular cut jeans go right on. Please do not take any of this review as medical advice. Everyone needs to make their own decisions within the options available to them.

Very comfortable. Compression feels just right. Has an easy access pouch. No need to remove under for the bathroom. Will be ordering more

I was just diagnosed with an inguinal hernia for the first time in my 71 years. I stay in good shape and needed something to support the hernia while I continue my biking routine of 18 miles a day and wait for surgery. I didn't know compression boxers existed until I found these. What a find! I was a bit skeptical until I tried these on. Wow! Perfect fit. Excellent sizing chart to help with choosing correct size. I am six feet tall and weigh 190 pounds. These fit snugly enough to support the hernia nicely but not so tightly that they are uncomfortable even while biking. I am so grateful for this product! Oh, and the price is very reasonable.

Nice. Dont see it as a hernia belt or support. Seems to work good over belt.

These compression boxers are great. I am glad I got the medium and not the large. Medium size is better for holding the hernia in more. It's much better than using a hernia belt which lets the hernia slip out of the strap every time. I have a large scrotal hernia. The product is made of good flexible material, it's light weight, and, the price was right!!

I need white for a reason. Called Amazon each time. Followed instructions. Never got white and, yes, checked right item: White. Shows white in the Returns and Orders page as proof. Amazon says an investigation will be launched. We shall see. As to item itself, very satisfactory and for medical reasons, perfect compression fit. Did get 1 white to evaluate some time ago and simply wanted more. White, please. Not Black. Gettin' tired of this... UPDATE 2022-12-06: Happened to look at the back of a package and spotted a stick-on inventory control sticker, with bar code, product ID and product description. Which was "X-Large White". But wait! If you actually look at the front of the package which is clear, the contents are obviously black. CONCLUSION: Inventory control mis-labeled each package as WHITE when it was BLACK. And nobody though to simply use common sense and look. Don't know whether to laugh or cry. This is not a quality control issue, this is an inventory control issue. I hope the good people at Underworks read this and are awakened to the glaring, blinding truth. And send me the WHITES, PLEASE! (OK: Laugh).

These are excellent, I actually got these AFTER hernia surgery and they are amazingly comfortable and I just wear them all the time. Yes I did buy more. One thought is you may want to size up one size, they are by design tight.
