Can you control this with Aura Sync?

yes you can ... don't need to bother with the box control that comes with the cooler ... just use the 5 into 1 RGB cable to plug the 3 RGB fans and water pump into the onboard RGB socket on your motherboard and you can control the RGB's of the cooler through asus aura programme or asus armor crate.
